Marcia Feola is a consultant and coach who specializes in developing high performance executives, managers and leadership teams. For 30 years she has helped corporations, executives and individuals hone their skills and develop winning careers and organizations. She has consulted to hospitals, medical practices, universities, government agencies, and for-profit and non-profit organizations.

She holds graduate degrees from George Washington University and Georgetown University, where she was a faculty member in the Organizational Development Program and co-director of the Facilitation and Consulting Skills Programs.

Marcia is a Master Certified Coach with advanced certification from the Coaches Training Institute and the International Coach Federation.

She is certified in a variety of surveys and 360 feedback instruments, including the Myers Briggs Indicator, the Clark Wilson Inventory and other measurement processes.

Tom Kornbluh is a management consultant with more than 20 years’ experience in organizational and management development. Tom has provided strategic planning, leadership coaching, team alignment and management training to large consulting firms, not-for-profit organizations, hospitals, engineering and manufacturing firms and many government agencies.

Tom is a master facilitator who can lead challenging groups with great clarity and compassion, while bringing teams to new breakthroughs in creativity and decision-making. He has designed and delivered hundreds of highly experiential, creative adult learning programs for businesses and spiritual organizations.

Tom has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in organizational development. He is a faculty member of the graduate school of the USDA’s Center for Applied Management and for many years was a faculty member of Georgetown University’s Organizational Development Program.
